Hodowanec has a remarkable history of engineering and operations expertise with a track record of over 30 publications and numerous patents. Most recently, Hodowanec led engineering at Curtiss-Wright. Previously, he served as Director of Operations at WaveCrest Laboratories. He also served as Engineering Manager at Siemens Energy and Automation and led new product innovation at Reliance Electric. Mr. Hodowanec holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Akron and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
