(Tampa, FL, December 13, 2016) On November 29th, Cool Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: WARM), an innovator in mobile power generation, energy efficiency, and heat removal technologies achieved another milestone in the preparation for the launch of its Mobile Power Generation (MG) products. Two potential customers attended a live comparison of a Doosan G70 (70 kW) tow behind generator and the Cool Technologies’ MG30 through MG80 (30-80 kW) mobile system.

They witnessed successful power generation by the mobile technology and saw that the 1,000 lb. under chassis system could easily match the power of the 6,000 lb. tow behind.

One customer immediately realized the potential for one of his key markets: ground force military vehicles. His company specifies, sources and fulfills contracts as a Tier 2 supplier to several branches of the US military. The two companies are negotiating an agreement of principal terms to combine their respective technologies to demonstrate and market to the military and to fleet up-fitters. The targets: an installed military vehicle base of over 50,000 units from 30 kW to 60 kW and an existing fleet user base of over 100,000 vehicles.

The other customer has a fleet of just over 100 trucks which idle for extended periods. He was intrigued by the potential of the ‘No Idle’ solution which the company plans to market in the second half of 2017. A ‘No Idle’ MG system could generate power as well as save fuel, reduce noise and eliminate emissions.

“The digital system is 98% done,” said Roman Kuropas, founder and CEO of Inverom, Cool Technologies’ partner responsible for the design, vehicle integration and programming of the software to control the MG system with its touchscreen interfaces. “We’re finishing the final phases in the integration between the test bench, the controller interface and the truck. “

The truck will be ready for a full demonstration of single phase and three phase power in January 2017.
