(Tampa, FL: November 20, 2015) Cool Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: WARM), an innovator in mobile power generation and heat removal technologies, has partnered with Breitin Capital Management, LLC, a Texas-based company. Breitin will boost Cool Tech’s business development by providing a financing arm as well as a sales channel for the company’s products in the US and Mexico.

Breitin Capital’s team of manufacturing reps will target key players who could realize the benefits from Cool Tech’s Mobile Generation Work Truck or MG. Breitin will acquire customers for Cool Tech and finance their orders. In addition, Cool Technologies will offer Breitin’s financing capabilities to its target customers.

According to Cool Technologies’ CEO, Tim Hassett, a former general manager in the Industrial Systems Division at General Electric, “This business model was highly successful at GE, when Jack Welch ran the company. GE Capital was the financing arm for many internal businesses. It enabled GE units to capture business and orders from new and existing customers for GE products, such as fleet leasing, motors, drive systems, turbines, etc.”

“As we launch our MG products into the market, this relationship provides significant benefits for the individual truck owner, the small business man and small fleet market, both new and used, “added Mr. Hassett. “What’s notable about the small fleet market is that over 85% of fleets in the US consist of 1 to 10 trucks. We are very excited to be able to launch into our target markets with this value added capability.”
